Outside of Valentine's Day, most florists will tell you the other popular flower-giving holiday is Mother's Day.

With only a few days from Mother's Day, are you finding yourself scrambling to find that special mother in your life a meaningful last-minute gift?

Whether your mother likes technical gadgets or something simpler such as a bouquet of flowers or candy, there is something for everybody.

Adams stresses that they keep arrangements on hand for last-minute gift-buyers, but if you call ahead you have a better selection.

If so, an e-reader would make sense. With items like the Kindle (now selling for less than $100) and some knock-off brands selling for less than $50, these gadgets have become an affordable item for many.
